Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors whether or not any registration process has been completed. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
Description of Services
In these Terms and Conditions the phrases "Application" or "Service(s)" means a virtual Application available on the Internet and provided by Scully Career Associates.
Scully Career Associates offers online resources ("Services"), and you are able to benefit from these Services by attending an Application. Scully Career Associates may add different Services from time to time. We may also remove Services from an Application, and certain Services may also have their own Terms and Conditions; these will be made clear to you before you use those Services.
Registration
Certain areas of the Application or Services are only available if you complete the registration process.
In return for permitting you to visit an Application and benefiting from our Services, you agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself where required in the registration form, and ensure that this information is kept accurate, complete and up to date.

Suspension and Termination
We may modify or terminate our Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party.
Your Obligations
You are responsible for anything which you transmit to or receive from or via or which you post to an Application.
You are not permitted to transmit to, from or via or post to an Application, anything that you do not have a clear right to use. You must ensure that you do not transmit or post to an Application any material containing software viruses or files designed to damage or disrupt the good working order of any computer or telecommunications network or equipment.
You are not permitted to do anything that may disrupt in any way the operation of an Application, nor are you permitted to do anything which would disrupt the use and enjoyment of an Application and our Services by any other user such as; defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
You agree that when using the site you will not:
1. Publish, post, upload, store, distribute, or disseminate any unlawful defamatory, infringing, obscene, harmful, confidential, libelous, hateful, or otherwise illegal material or information or anything that might constitute a criminal or civil offense.
2. Upload files that contain software or other material which are the intellectual property rights of any third party or which are protected by rights of privacy or publicity of any third party without having received all necessary consents.
3. Conduct or forward surveys, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, junk mail, adverts or any other form of unsolicited electronic mail.
4. Download any file posted by another user or exhibitor of the site in a form that you know or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such a manner.
5. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded; and/or
6. Share for commercial gain, any information gained through the use of Elevations Online unless you are an Elevations Professional Administrator authorized by Scully Career Associates.
Our Obligations
Scully Career Associates does not promise to control or screen all of the content that is posted to an Application, and accordingly we do not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality or that it will not be objectionable to you. You agree that we are not liable for anything which has been transmitted or received, or ought to have been transmitted or received but was not.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or remove anything, which is transmitted to, from or via or posted to an Application, which, in our opinion, is objectionable or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We may record, preserve and disclose anything, which has been transmitted to, from or via or posted to an Application and the Services, where required by law or where we are acting in good faith.
Scully Career Associates has in place security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control including SSL encryption and firewall intervention. Please remember however that due to the inherent risk of the Internet we cannot guarantee the protection of such information against loss, misuse or alteration.
Intellectual Proprietary Rights and Licenses
All text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material which is contained within an Application or presented through an Application by advertisers and or sponsors, or is part of our Services is protected by our and their copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights (including all copyrights, patents and trademarks and trade secrets) in connection with an Application and our Services, the software we use to host Applications and Services and any data (including data obtained from you during the registration process) generated by visitors to an Application. You are not permitted except where expressly authorized to do so, to change, copy, store, publish, rent, license, sell or distribute in any way any of this intellectual property.
When you transmit or post any material to an Application you grant us and others a non-exclusive world wide perpetual royalty free license under your copyright and other intellectual property rights to display or distribute that material in any way without any duty at all to account to you to the extent permitted under the terms of the privacy policy.
You are not authorized to display or use the Elevations or Elevations trademark in any other manner otherwise in the course of accessing an Application via your PC, without prior or written consent.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid then that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any terms shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
You are not permitted to reproduce, sell or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of an Application or our Services.

We may provide or third parties may provide external links to other web sites or resources. These are provided purely as a matter of convenience and we do not endorse the contents of those web sites. We are not responsible for the availability of these web sites, nor will we be liable in any way for any loss or damage, which you may suffer by using those web sites.
